Enki Bilal was born in Yugoslavia and moved to Paris, France as a child, where he went on to become recognized as one of the world's most talented graphic artists. Enki Bilal's graphic novels are published in more than fifteen languages around the world and are all best sellers. Bilal is also a film director, having directed the films BUNKER PALACE HOTEL and TOKYO MOON. He wrote and directedd IMMORTAL, released in 2004, based on his famous NIKOPOL TRILOGY graphic novels.
